Choose joy.

It's so easy to let things going on in your life determine what your attitude will be, but I've been trying to "choose joy" lately. Ashley (littleblueboo.com) has inspired me. She's battling cancer. In spite of that, she isn't letting fear rule her life. She has chosen joy. Don't let the stress get to you. God is in control. Bills are going up. Hours at work are going down. But stil, God knows. He will carry us thru. He never gives us more than we can handle even tho sometimes it sure feels like he does.

My dad has been back in the hospital since Decemeber 23rd. He's on a ventilator because otherwise he "forgets" to breath. He was doing so good before this. He was home for almost 6 months after being in the hospital for almost 10 months. Last I heard, they're planning on having him home in a couple weeks, but that's obviously if he can breath on his own by then.

Please keep Ashley and my Dad in your thoughts and prayers. They both could sure use them.

I've never been much of a writer.

I tend to over think things when I'm attempting to write anything. I'm gonna try not over thinking and just writing whatever comes to mind in whatever order it happens to come to mind and we'll see how it goes.
